We need your help
To ensure the History of Blacktown and its surrounding district is preserved, the Blacktown and District Historical Society is continually seeking donations from members of the public.
If you have any old photos (inc school, work or family photos) relating to our history that we can scan and copy, and place in our archives or if you have any historical artefacts including old school uniforms you would like to donate, contact our secretary on (02) 9622 8309. (Our ‘contact us’ page has more details.)
We would also like to know any stories of our district you have, anything you remember about going to school or working in the district. We are also seeking articles for our illustrated quarterly journal ‘The Turret’.
